We believe that children will learn at their highest level if they are given the opportunities to explore, discover and use their senses as avenues of learning.

This service operates within the guidelines set by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development and complies with the Children’s Services Regulations 2009.

Enrolment Procedures

An enrolment form must be completed prior to your child’s first visit to our child care facility. The information on this form authorises child care staff to act in case of emergency, and gives the centre important information regarding medical issues, allergies or custody details.

Please notify us of any changes to your child’s personal details. Your child’s safety is our highest concern and it is imperative that personal details are kept up to date. It is a requirement of the Department of Education and Early Childhood

Development that immunisation details must be updated as they occur.

 Age of Children

Children from the ages of 6 weeks to school age are welcome.  Our service however, caters predominantly for 6 weeks to 5 year olds.  We accept school age children, during school holidays & curriculum days, however places are limited and bookings are essential.

 Booking Details

Child care session times will vary depending on the Diamond Valley Sports & Fitness program you are participating in. Please speak to Customer Service or Child care staff for further details. Gym Members can book a maximum of three sessions in advance. A waiting list is available if the required time spot is full. As bookings are cancelled those on the waiting list will be contacted.

N.B.  Child care hours are subject to change on the day due to a low level of bookings.  To ensure the service maintains the full operating hours, please try to make bookings at least 24 hours in advance.

Holidays

Child care operates weekdays only, excluding public holidays. We are also closed 2 or 3 weeks over the Christmas/ New Year

Unused visits in the term will not be refunded

 All fees are to be paid at reception before entering child care!!!!

 Cancellations

We often have a waiting list, therefore we ask that a minimum cancellation of 2hr prior to your booking time be adopted.  If you no longer need your booking please remember to cancel.  Cancellations can be made at any time, failure to cancel may incur a fee especially during busy times.
