Renovated and relocated in 2005 Our health club is now the central focus of the facility. While we understand that equipment is important it is our expertise that will deliver the results you are looking to achieve. Our gym team is highly motivated and excited in helping our members achieve the ultimate new you in both body and mind.
Throughout the entire hours of operation our gymnasium floor is supervised by qualified fitness leaders eager to answer members questions, demonstrate the correct technique or simply develop effective fitness programs designed to achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
Whilst our Health Club is comfortably air conditioned in the warmer months we also encourage members to train outside in our lovely open areas around the facility.
