Our Sports Specific Program is designed to work on the following sport related skills to improve not only your game but your fitness also:
- Endurance
- Agility
- Speed
- Power
- Ball Handling Skills
All participants are designed a program within the gym to work on areas of the body that need strengthening or further development to support and enhance your sporting ability within your game. You will be guided by a Personal Trainer weekly to enhance your playing ability within your sport of choice.
